The product you order online will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. You can track your order through our shipping partners for the latest updates regarding your order.
You can track your order by logging in to your LIPKA account, the one you used to place the order. Once the order is dispatched you will get a link from our shipment partners which will lead you to the status of your order.
The cost of shipping depends on your location (Pin code). There are options on the website which will enable you to see how much shipping you will be paying with each product you order.
Since your delivery details are immediately forwarded to the shipping partners, it is not possible to change your address and mobile number once you have placed the order. However, in such a situation, you can immediately cancel the order. Moreover, if you fail to cancel the order, it will automatically revert to us if not received by you.
You can cancel your order within 1-2 days from the date you placed the order depending upon the status of your shipment. The option of cancellation will be available to you immediately after your order has been placed. If the order is dispatched, then you will have to receive and return the order.
Canceling your order is simple, just go to your account, select the option for your orders and cancel the ones you want.
Once your cancellation request has been received by us, it will take about 7-10 business days for your account to be credited with the refund.

We offer multiple methods of payment; credit/debit cards, UPI, Net banking, Cash on delivery (on eligible products).
No. All the prices that have been quoted on the website are inclusive of all taxes.
You can email us at help@lipkahome.com with a screenshot of the payment confirmation and the message from your bank showing the deduction of the amount from your account. Our team will get back to you with further details within 7-10 business days.
Once you receive your order, the return option is enabled on your account against the order. You just need to click on it and the return will be initiated. However, you need to return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Once your returned order is received by us, our team will get in touch with you for your banking account and details. Once your details are received, you can expect a credit of the amount in your account within 7-10 working days.
Since the order got delivered to you, there will also be a way for returns. In case you are unable to do so, contact us through our email; help@lipkahome.com. Our team will get back to you within 7-10 business days.
