RETURN POLICY

  1. LIPKA provides a ‘30 days No-Questions-Asked’ easy return policy. Under this, all orders and products are eligible for return from the date of invoice.
  2. We assure careful and damage-free packaging for all orders. However, in case you feel that the order you received has been tampered with, feel free to reach out to LIPKA’s Customer Support (help@lipkahome.com). Make sure you have made a video while unboxing the product.
  3. If you have not received your order but have received an email or SMS confirming that the order has been delivered to you, please get in touch with LIPKA Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving such an email/SMS.
  4. Your request for return will be processed within 10 days from the date of request. For any assistance on relevant issues, kindly contact LIPKA Customer Support.
  5. Return of LIPKA products purchased from a different online platform other than LIPKA’s official website will be guided by the terms and conditions of the return policy of that particular platform, and not LIPKA’s return policy.


REFUND POLICY

  1. Once we have received the products you have returned, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  2. If you purchased your products through the ‘Cash-on-Delivery’ option, the reimbursements for your return will be credited to your bank account directly. The bank details and information will be sought by our Customer Support once the return request has been processed.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellation of orders can be requested through your LIPKA account within 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. If the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the cancellation request will not be processed.
  3. You can opt for a return once the product has been delivered to you incase you do not want to keep the product.
