I. Return & Exchange within 30 Days
Customers can return or exchange any LIPKA kitchen and bathroom fittings within 30 days of purchase, provided:
• Product Condition: The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Complete Accessories: All contents and accessories that were included with the product must be returned.
• Original Packaging: Products should be returned in their original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
• Inspection: Returns are subject to inspection. Items not meeting these criteria may be denied a return or exchange.
Exchange is not possible under the following circumstances:
• Improper Installation: Products damaged due to faulty installation processes.
• Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from improper use, mishandling, or abuse of the product.
• Unauthorized Repairs: Any damage caused by repairs or modifications made by an unauthorized service provider.
• Cosmetic Damage: Any superficial damage, such as scratches or dents, that does not affect the functionality of the product.
• Normal Wear and Tear: Issues that are the result of normal wear and tear over time.
II. Return & Exchange under Warranty Period
For returns and exchanges under the warranty period:
• Warranty Terms: The rules and conditions outlined in LIPKA's warranty policy will apply.
• Repair or Replacement: Depending on the warranty terms, products may be repaired, replaced, or exchanged.
• Warranty Claim Process: Customers must follow the standard procedure for claiming warranty, including providing proof of purchase and adhering to specific warranty conditions.
• Warranty Coverage: Only defects in materials and workmanship under normal use are covered. The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors.
